1. What is Solvita Body?
Solvita Body is a modern body care brand focused on creating feel good, effective formulas that support healthy, resilient skin. Our products are designed for daily use, simple routines, and real life.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulas are created with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle surfactants, soothing botanicals, and barrier supporting ingredients. However, everyone is different, so we always recommend a patch test on a small area first. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult your healthcare provider.
3. What does SPF mean and does Solvita offer SPF products?
SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor, it measures how well a product helps protect your skin from UVB rays, which are responsible for sunburn. Solvita Body does not currently offer any products with SPF protection. We recommend pairing our body care with a broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher from a brand you trust, and reapplying as directed.
4. Do I need to wear SPF every day?
Yes, daily SPF is one of the simplest ways to protect your skin. UV rays can penetrate clouds and windows, so dermatologists generally recommend using SPF every morning, even on cloudy days or when you are mostly indoors. While Solvita Body does not sell SPF at this time, our products are designed to sit comfortably under or alongside your favorite sunscreen.
5. Does Solvita Body make mineral or chemical SPF?
Solvita Body does not currently make any SPF products, mineral or chemical. Our focus right now is on supportive body care that layers well with your existing sunscreen routine. If and when we develop SPF formulas in the future, we will clearly list the active filters, testing, and full ingredient details so you can choose what feels best for you.
6. Are your products reef conscious?
Although we do not currently offer SPF products, we are mindful of environmental impact when choosing our ingredients and packaging. For future sun care, we will carefully evaluate filters and supporting ingredients with both skin health and aquatic environments in mind, and we encourage you to follow local guidelines when using any SPF near oceans, lakes, or rivers.
7. Are Solvita Body products cruelty free?
Yes, we do not test our finished products on animals, and we do not work with labs or manufacturers that conduct animal testing for our products.
8. Are your products vegan?
Many Solvita Body formulas are vegan. If a product contains animal derived ingredients, such as beeswax, it will be clearly noted on the product page. You can always check the ingredient list or contact our support team if you are unsure.
9. Do your products contain parabens, phthalates, or sulfates?
Our formulations are created without parabens, phthalates, or harsh sulfates such as SLS and SLES. We focus on high quality, skin friendly ingredients that support the skin barrier.
10. Can I use Solvita Body products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are designed to be gentle and effective and while we have had many expecting mothers have great results, every pregnancy and body is unique. We recommend showing the ingredient list to your healthcare provider before using any new product while pregnant or breastfeeding.
11. How should I layer Solvita Body products?
As a general guideline, apply lighter, water based products first, then follow with creams or oils, and finish with SPF in the daytime. For the body, apply on clean, slightly damp skin for best absorption.
12. Do your products contain fragrance?
Some Solvita Body products contain fragrance for a sensorial experience, and others are fragrance free. Scented products use carefully selected fragrance materials within safe usage levels.
13. Where are Solvita Body products made?
Our products are developed and manufactured in Oceanside, CA in facilities that follow strict quality and safety standards.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as select digital wallets and payment services shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
15. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, and we are working on expanding to more regions. Shipping availability and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
16. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping option you select at checkout, usually 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
17. Do you offer free shipping?
We periodically offer free shipping promotions, for example above a certain order minimum. Any current shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.
18. What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging. In some cases, gently used items may qualify for store credit. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
